Preamble

It is hereby specified that these General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the sale of tickets for culinary activities, digital experiences, or wine tourism packages.

The tickets sold are intended for private individuals only.

Article 1 – Prices and Number of Tickets

1.1 Ticket prices for activities are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding processing and shipping fees indicated below. The price paid by the customer may not be modified without the agreement of the event organizer. The total number of tickets reserved per person may not exceed the limit set by the organizer. The same person may not place multiple orders over time in order to bypass this rule.

1.2 Different pricing categories may be offered, depending in particular on the activities.

1.3 The Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.

1.4 Tickets for activities remain the property of the event organizer until full and final payment has been received by the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir.

Article 2 – Availability

Ticket reservations for activities are processed in real time.

In this context, our server provides real-time information regarding ticket availability at the time your order is placed. In the event of unavailability, the item will not appear on the online ticketing platform.

Article 3 – Payment and Deposit

We remind you that validating your order implies an obligation to pay the stated price.

Payment for your purchases may be made using the methods accepted on the online store of the Caves BYRRH website.

You may pay for your purchases on our website by credit card.

3.1 - Credit card payment allows you to book your tickets online immediately and on a firm basis. Accepted cards for ticket purchases include Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard networks.

3.2 - Only one payment method is authorized per order.

3.3 - You may also pay by bank transfer. You will receive the bank details (RIB) of the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir after confirming your basket. Tickets will only be valid once the transfer has been successfully received by our banking advisor at the Crédit Agricole in Thuir.

3.4 – DEPOSIT – WINE TOURISM PACKAGE : To make the booking definitive, the customer must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total package price. This deposit must be paid via a secure credit card payment link.

If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the stay, the full deposit will be refunded to the customer. From 15 days up to the start date of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir and will be definitively forfeited by the customer.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy:

  • Death of a family member: a death certificate and proof of relationship must be provided.

  • Hospitalization of the customer or a family member: a hospital admission certificate stating the reason for admission must be provided.

  • Major incident at the customer’s primary residence (fire, destruction, burglary): supporting documentation must be provided.

Article 4 – Payment Security and Personal Data

4.1 Payment Security: Our website uses a secure payment system.

4.2 Personal Data

4.2.1 The information and data concerning you are necessary for processing your order and managing our business relationship. This information and data are also retained for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we send to you.

In accordance with data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable) by contacting the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir by mail at:

To allow us to respond promptly, please provide your surname, first name, email address, postal address, and, if possible, your customer reference number.

Certain requests to exercise your rights (such as the right of access) must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing your signature, in order to verify your identity and specify the address to which the response should be sent.

A response will be provided within one (1) month of receipt of your request.

Article 5 – Order Confirmation

Your ticket order for activities is definitively confirmed and binding on the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir only upon receipt of the email confirming that the order has been successfully validated.

Accordingly, we invite you to check your email inbox as well as your spam/junk mail folder.

Article 6 – Validation

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing your order. Confirmation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 7 – Ticket Delivery

7.1 Immediate payment by credit card allows you to receive the ticket for the selected activity by email.

7.2 If payment is made by bank transfer, the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir will validate your ticket only after successful receipt of the transfer, confirmed and approved by our advisor at the Crédit Agricole in Thuir.

7.3 For all credit card payments, the card is charged upon final order confirmation.

7.4 Gift cards are dispatched by post (subject to shipping and handling fees, the amount of which is indicated before purchase confirmation).

7.5 Proof of payment and tickets are sent to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process (home address or other address).

The right to a refund belongs exclusively to the original purchaser of the tickets and is not transferable.

Article 8 – Cancellation, Refunds, and Use

8.1 A ticket for an activity cannot be refunded, even in the event of loss or theft, nor returned or exchanged, except in the case of cancellation or rescheduling of the activity by the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, only the ticket price will be refunded (excluding ancillary costs such as transaction or shipping fees, which are non-refundable).

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser upon return of the ticket within 30 days following the refund request.

In all cases, no fees of any kind shall be refunded or compensated.

Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than that printed on the ticket.

No duplicate ticket will be issued, including in the event of loss or theft.

8.2 In the event of cancellation or a change of date/time of the activity for which you have booked tickets, you agree that the Tourism Office may, where possible, use the contact details provided at the time of booking to inform you of the procedure to follow.

Full refund or rescheduling (following agreement between the Office de Tourisme Intercommunal Aspres Thuir and the customer) for digital activities and culinary workshops will only be possible if one of the following conditions applies:

  • Illness of the customer: a medical certificate must be provided.

  • Death of a family member: a death certificate and proof of relationship must be provided.

  • Hospitalization of the customer or a family member: a hospital admission certificate stating the reason for admission must be provided.

  • Major incident at the customer’s primary residence (fire, destruction, burglary): supporting documentation must be provided.

Article 10 – Governing Law – Disputes – Complaint Handling – Mediation – Legal Provisions

Governing Law: Ticket sales covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Complaint Handling: For any complaint, you may contact our services using the contact details provided in Article 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
