On November 30, 2011, the Byrrh Winery tour circuit was officially integrated into the heritage of the Community of Communes of the Aspres, which carried out significant works to create a new visitor route.

The story of the founding Violet family, told by a guide and brought to life through holographic appearances throughout the tour, thanks to new technologies highlighting the industrial heritage.
The highlight of the experience: a testament to the Violet family’s ambitions for Byrrh, the world’s largest oak vat, with a capacity of 1,000,200 liters, stands as a true technical marvel.
The Byrrh Winery also hold the “‘Destination of Excellence’ label”.
