The Byrrh Winery, located in Thuir in the Pyrénées-Orientales, are an iconic site of the viticultural and industrial heritage of southern France. Established in the 19th century for the production of Byrrh, the site features impressive buildings, monumental vats, and unique casks.

In 2020, part of the site, including several vats and casks, was listed as a Historic Monument, affirming the heritage value of this remarkable location.
Famous for housing the largest oak cask in the world, the Byrrh Cellars have become a premier oenotourism destination, offering a fascinating immersion into the history of Byrrh, local craftsmanship, and the regional wine industry.
