Share a fun and delicious bonding experience during a Parents & Children pastry workshop dedicated to puff pastry palmiers, a playful and accessible activity for all. This workshop invites both young and old to discover the basics of puff pastry through the creation of these crisp, golden cookies loved by the whole family.

Guided by a pastry chef, you will learn how to work with puff pastry, shape it, and fill it before baking. Children actively take part in each step in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. An ideal family workshop to spark curiosity, share a creative moment, and leave with delicious homemade puff pastry palmiers to enjoy at home.

Program

Discover the ingredients: presentation of the basic ingredients (puff pastry, sugar, butter, etc.), simple explanations of the techniques, and an introduction to the importance of quality ingredients.

Preparation and shaping: learning how to roll out the pastry, sprinkle the sugar, and fold it to achieve the characteristic palmier shape.

Baking and tips: baking the palmiers to achieve a golden and crispy result, with advice on monitoring temperature and baking time.

Chef’s tips: techniques for recreating palmiers at home, storing puff pastry properly, and varying the fillings for delicious family snacks.
