Description

cinzano-blanco

Following the success of the Rosso vermouth, Cinzano expanded its range with Cinzano Bianco, designed to offer a softer and more refined aromatic profile. It is crafted from a carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, including wormwood, cinnamon, cloves, citrus, and gentian, creating a subtle balance between delicate bitterness and aromatic sweetness.

Cinzano Bianco perfectly embodies the elegance and Italian tradition of vermouth, while remaining a symbol of refinement and authenticity appreciated since its creation.

Tasting Notes

Cinzano Bianco displays a clear and luminous appearance. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus, and subtle notes of spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers a smooth and silky attack, followed by a harmonious balance between sweetness and gentle bitterness, with hints of gentian, cinnamon, and cloves. The finish is long and refreshing, highlighting the finesse and aromatic complexity that make Cinzano Bianco an elegant and versatile aperitif.

Serving Suggestions

Cinzano Bianco is best enjoyed chilled, between 6 and 8°C, to fully appreciate its delicate aromas. It can be served neat, over ice, or with a lemon or orange twist to enhance its floral and fruity notes. Thanks to its aromatic versatility, it is also an excellent ingredient for classic or creative cocktails, bringing elegance, balance, and finesse to every preparation.
