Description

cinzano-spritz

Cinzano Spritz is part of the long tradition of Italian aperitifs. Inspired by Cinzano’s expertise, established in 1757 by two Italian herbalist brothers, this cocktail was created to deliver a fresh, light, and aromatic experience, true to the spirit of modern aperitifs.

Its recipe combines Cinzano Aperitivo, known for its unique blend of 100% natural bitter botanicals and Italian citrus, with sparkling water and a touch of orange, creating the perfect balance of delicate bitterness, sweetness, and freshness.

Tasting Notes

Cinzano Spritz captivates with its bright orange hue. On the nose, it reveals fresh citrus aromas, complemented by subtle floral and herbal notes. On the palate, it offers a light and refreshing attack, followed by a harmonious balance between sweetness and delicate bitterness, with hints of fresh orange and gentle spices. The finish is persistent and enjoyable, making this cocktail a convivial and elegant aperitif.

Serving Suggestions

Cinzano Spritz is best enjoyed chilled, ideally between 6 and 8°C. Serve it in a wine glass filled with ice and add an orange slice to enhance its citrus and bitter herbal notes. Perfect for convivial aperitifs, it can be quickly prepared by mixing Cinzano Aperitivo, sparkling water, and a splash of orange for a refreshing, light, and elegant cocktail.
